Even though they say this software will run on XP, Vista or Windows 7 they are lying. Customer support is nil. Help files are convoluted and useless. Worst Amazon experience I have ever had.

After one year I thought they have fixed it, but they haven't! :-(First, you need to have a STEAM account, without the game will not start. Read carefully everything, this is a subscription!After this you can start with installing the game. It took me 9 hours on Windows XP!!!After this I came to the point, where the game is close to start, but that is all! It doesn't start at all.You then have to read through all the faq and follow the instructions.You should come to the point: "Games do not run after 'Preparing to Launch'"This is a list with a lot of hints which cascades into smaller lists.Again, you have to go through all the lists, this took me another 2 hours.But then the game finally will run. But user friendly does look different!Totally waste of time and ...Amazon should remove this from their list!Minus 5 stars is my rating at last.With all these steps necessary the game will not be a success.Hope this would help anyone out there in the galaxy.

Can't start game. Something called "Steam" was downloaded with it. Tried to start it thru that. Unlock code doesn't work. No support. Complete rip-off. Trying to get a refund.
