I can't tell you how happy I am that there is another Serious Sam game. While I appreciate the other styles of games, there is nothing as satisfying as sitting down to a run and gun shooter. Why don't more companies make these kind of games anymore? When I get home, stressed from work, playing a little Sam does the trick. Seriously, its pure adrenaline fun. Enjoy!

I love this game. It has the same non-stop action as the previous titles but with much better graphics. Co-op is a lot of fun if you can get other friends to get it.

If your're looking for a deep, intricate story line (most 10-year olds would probably find the plot on the banal side), game play that tests your ability to apply logic and reason, or compelling characters faced with important decisions that you must make which will dictate how they evolve throughout the game, then look elsewhere. If you want auto-regenerating health, intelligent AI or even a lot of variety in settings and opponents, this will probably come up short.If you want a balls-to-the-wall, adrenalin-filled, eye-hand coordination-testing romp through hundreds of foes and the ability to tote an improbably massive arsenal of satisfyingly potent weaponry, this is the game to beat.Sadly, due to the fact that most FPS we get today on the PC are at least designed with console compatibility in mind, the actual FPS component tends to be watered down and often requires minimal skill. To be good at Serious Sam 3, on the other hand, you actually need to have some FPS skills - an all too rare phenomenon in today's titles.Graphics are also pretty good and the engine seems to perform well, even on mid-range hardware.One star off for how repetitive the game can get in some parts (both in setting and in enemy tactics)
