@#?!! proprietary equipment
By B. Hepler
It works. It's lots of space for installing games to your hard drive, downloading songs for Rock Band or those little micro-games on XBox Live. But good gravy, where does Microsoft buy their hard drives? At nearly $1 per gigabyte, this is borderline insane!Additionally: WATCH OUT for shops that will sell this without the data transfer kit. The kit consists of a cable and a DVD to get your data off your existing hard drive and onto your new one. Otherwise you will lose all of your saved games and have to re-download all of your DLC for Rock Band (and I presume other games). Do not assume that it will come with the kit. In fact, if it doesn't explicitly say it comes with the kit, it probably won't.

DO NOT BUY
By Dylan
This item is counterfiet i bought it thinking the other people were just trolling but they are right it is not true microsoft. It is not a formatted hard drive and any memory transfered to it will be lost. but fortunately for my Microsoft support will replace it with a real 120 GB HD

FAIL
By Kyle
I ordered this item thinking I had not only gotten legitimate software, but at a massively reduced price. Upon opening the box, it's clear that this is not official Microsoft stuff. So I go with it, thinking Microsoft is overpriced anyway, and proceed to transfer all of my save game and profile data. After the transfer's over, I make the switch and come to find that the drive is UNFORMATTED. This leads to a complete loss of all my data and no way to get it back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Kinda cool skins but not really worth it & the sky rocket grenade kinda sucks.
By Charles Bittner
This pack I'm not sure I would recommend buying. Unless you're the kind of fan that needs to have every piece of DLC. The four skins and heads that are included are indeed very cool and some of my favorite in the game. But is that worth $3.49 (the price at the time of writing) that's your call. You do get the sky rocket contraband grenade and it's one of the most unique grenades in the game in that it has no level. now some weapons in the game you may find them early on have no level but that just means you can equip it right at the beginning of the game. The interesting thing about the skyrocket grenade is that as your players level increases so does its damage. It's the only weapon in the game that does this so that's kind of cool. The effectiveness of the grenade is a little more challenging you basically thrown into the air and flies upward and fires down projectiles not very useful when you're outside like you are for most of this game. But all in all, some will want it some may not I gave it three out of five stars. I would recommend the creature slaughter dome over this. Thanks for reading my crippled scribbles!

Looks like original, but faster than stock drive!
By E. Bottomley
I used this hard drive to replace a 20GB stock (5400rpm) hard drive from an older (NOT slim) Xbox 360 console. I was able to quickly and easily transfer all my existing data to the new drive, which requires a transfer cable which is NOT included. I immediately noticed a decrease in loading times. In order to take full advantage of the faster speed this drive offers, you should "install" the Xbox game you want to play to the hard drive. At the main dashboard, after inserting your game disc, press the X button to bring up additional options. One of them should be to install the game. You will still need the disc in the drive in order to play, but after launching the game your Xbox will load most data directly from the hard drive instead of from the game disc. This is MUCH faster, and also quieter than the sometimes noisy DVD drives that Microsoft put in these consoles. It came with no instructions, but installation was easy and pretty self-explanatory.If you do not have existing data to transfer from a different drive, simply connect the new drive to your Xbox and turn it on.If you are replacing an existing drive and want to transfer your gamer profiles, installed games, DLC, saved games, etc., the process is still simple: 1. Connect the new hard drive to the front USB port on your Xbox using an Xbox Hard Drive transfer cable (http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-360-Data-Transfer-Cable/dp/B003S9WJ9A/). 2. Power on your console. After booting you will get a prompt that a transfer cable has been detected. Follow the prompts to transfer your data to the new drive. ***Note: If you do not get the prompt automatically, try disconnecting and reconnecting the transfer cable with the console powered on.) 3. When transfer is complete, shut down your Xbox. Disconnect the transfer cable and remove the old hard drive from the Xbox. Connect the new hard drive to the Xbox and power it on. 4. The Xbox should automatically load up your default gamer profile. If any of your DLC doesn't work (sometimes the licensing doesn't transfer correctly) simply delete it and redownload it from the Xbox Live Marketplace. You should not be charged for it again as long as you are signed into the same account you used to purchase it.The item shipped quickly and the shipping charges were reasonable. It's not quite as fast as the Amazon Prime shipping I've gotten used to, but worth waiting an extra day or two for this item. The packaging was appropriate and the item arrived in perfect condition. It looks just like a drive you would get from Microsoft.Hope this helps!

Very happy about this purchase
By David
Pros:-fast shipping (to be fair, it came from Indiana and I live in Illinois)-well packaged (I am grateful for that)-120 GBs of memory for under 50$ is definitely worth itCons:-the package had a sticker on it saying I would have saved close to 10$ (was under) if I bought it from their site. well, I definitely would have done that if I knew that before...-I paid a little extra to get the "fast speed 7200RPM" to make my downloads faster and so far, I do not see a difference. As I am typing this, I am trying to download the "terminal map" for Call of duty Modern warfare 3 and it has been going on for about 10+ minutes now (72%). I figured the 7200 RPM would reduce the time it takes to download just 1 single map, but I feel like it downloaded faster the first time I did it.Overall:It is 120GB memory for under 50$ and that is definitely a good deal. So I do recommend this product and the company selling it.

Fun game, great graphics, lovely Laura is back!
By AeroEngineer
I never played TR until last years Anniversary and thought it was surprisingly fun since I'm more of a Sci-Fi/military shooter/racer type. This game focuses on exploration and puzzle solving with cool Indiana Jones type of mythological environments that are really nice to look at all with a very lovely lady doing the exploring with the occasional battles. I found myself not wanting lovely Laura to get hurt even though she can take care of herself!I can definitely say this is a pretty big improvement from last years graphics and Laura has some pretty cool new moves with very intuitive controls configured very well for the PC gamer. I did have the occasional camera wigging out problems but it was not something that happened often. The sound was well done and fit into the whole mystical environment with the story occasionally coming in as cutscenes. The whole interface is very well done and up to date. One thing I wish this game had was an autosave option at the checkpoints which are signified by a distinct sound, otherwise I can't always remember where I last saved. Also the saves don't go exactly to where you save, they go to the last checkpoint, this can be annoying if you finished a particularly tough climbing sequence. That's pretty much all that I don't like. You should get this if you like exploration and puzzle games or Indy Jones/Mummy type of movies, it's not a run and gun or horror type of game but that's a nice break from the many games in those genres.

One of the best games of the year
By TJB
Underworld is a great game, with a clear focus on exploration, acrobatics and puzzles - all the things that make a good tomb raider game. The environments are the most beautiful ones I have seen in a long time, and I play a lot of games. Granted, there are some games that might be technically more advanced, but Underworld's levels are simply breathtaking. Also, a mid-range pc is fully satisfactory to run it (I use my Inspiron 1520 laptop).Lara's model and animations have improved considerably too, so that she looks and moves more realistically. Further, the game is full of little details bringing Lara and the world to life; for instance, Lara brushes away leaves when she runs through foliage, she gets dirty when she performs acrobatics, she gets wet when she swims, etc. One can clearly see that Christal Dynamics put a lot of effort into making her adventures believable, and they succeeded. The music is great too and could be from a Hollywood blockbuster; it fits the game well, with many memorable tracks. On the downside, the combat is a bit lackluster, and I would have preferred Crystal Dynamics had retained the focus attack of Anniversary. Some people complain about the camera/controls, but I had no problems at all - granted, one should use a controller (I use the Xbox-360 one), since a mouse-keyboard combo is simply not well suited for this game. The story is ok for a tomb-raider game, but still rather silly. As for DRM: there is no activation needed and no installation limit, which is good. It does have a disk-check facilitated by Securom as far as I can tell, and even though I loathe Securom, it is used in an unobtrusive manner here (compared to the nightmares that Electronic arts imposes on its paying costumers).Compared to Legend, Underworld is bigger, more challenging and simply better (as much as I liked Legend, it was too easy, short and lacked the exploration bit, but I guess they needed a game whith a broad mass appeal to restart the franchise).Bottom line: Underworld is a great game, which I can only recommend. I hope it will be a financial success for Eidos, since it would be a shame if Eidos were to go bankrupt (they have quite a few financial problems right now). Over the years they have published many memorable franchises, such as Hitman and Legacy of Cain, and the last thing I would like to see is Electronic Arts buying yet another publisher to screw over customers and fans.

great game
By Pavel Pavliga
I bought PC version and can say that it's an incredible game, the best of TR games ever. Amazing graphic, absorbing plot and so many new movements of Lara. My favourite game of the autumn, for TR fans it's must have purchase
