Bottom line is that this Hard drive that they send you is not a microsoft product at all. When I first received the Hard drive I immediately connected it to my Xbox console and an error message came up and said "e 84 or something like that error"... If you want a hard drive for the older Xbox 360's call " 18004myxbox" and demand for one, they will sell you one over the phone . . . Very disappointed in this product... DON'T BUY !!!

When the product arrived the box was damaged I opened it it was broken piece of junk then buy this HORRIBLE COMPANY

This is NOT a Microsoft product. This was made by a third-party Chinese company.That said, it does work... okay. I'm pretty sure the drive itself is slower than what Microsoft would have sold you.Would not buy again.
