It doesn't say it's compatible with Windows 8, so I tried the trial version first. That worked just fine, so I paid for and downloaded the entire collector's edition. I can't open it, it freezes my computer every time and I have to restart. I uninstalled it several times, reinstalled it several times. Nothing.I have a brand new laptop with Windows 8, everything up-to-date, and this game just says it's not responding in my Task Manager.What makes me mad is that the trial version worked just fine, or I would not have spent $13.98 to buy the full version which I can't access and can't play and CAN'T GET A REFUND FOR NOW.I'm just sayin', BEWARE.If I figure out how to fix all this I'll amend this review to let you know, too. If you have had this issue and know how to fix it, I'd appreciate the help. Thanks!

I have all the Jewel Quet games, there has never been a bad one yet that they have released. If you like one you will like them all.

I downloaded this from the Amazon Web Site, downloaded nicely and I had no problems, I'm using WinXP. This is a beautiful, rich color, graphic game. I've finished it twice. I love seek & find games and this game was not an easy game to find the items, to me there was a challenge, even the second time around.That being said, at the end of both rounds of the game, I could not access the "Premium Content" part of the game, which I think is, that you can play all their board puzzles within the game. When I get time, I'll email IWIN games about my problem. Still a good time playing. Trail of the Midnight Heart is a good play also.
