I got the EMS Top Gun 3 with bundle (Mad Dog McCree & Mad Dog II - the Lost Gold)!This is the answer I was looking for to use with my flat screen Samsung TV & PC. Yes I said with my PC & MAME emulator games. Comes with helpful instructions, I only wish I had done this sooner. What a blast!
